Hello to everyone around the world!

I hope you are all doing well.

Today, we will report on the official trial session held on Friday, February 7th.

This time, the session was held at Honshoji Temple in Hyogo by certified therapist/performer Midori Hirano and certified therapist Mari Kawai!

Honshoji Temple is a Buddhist temple with a dry landscape garden designed by Musashi Miyamoto.

In the large hall overlooking the garden, they hold workshops such as copying sutras, meditation sessions, health classes, yoga, and coloring workshops.

Mari had participated in their health classes, copying sutras, and meditation sessions in the past.

Apparently it was a fine day that day.

The planned capacity of 12 people was quickly filled by the start of the new year!

Three people were new to Singing Ring, and the rest of the participants were people of various ages, from their 20s to their 70s.

The head priest of Joshinji Temple, who has had a connection with Midori since she was certified, also came along this time.

I'm glad that there are many hidden Singing Ring fans among the Buddhist monks.

After the explanation of Singing Ring, it was time for a sound bath!

The large hall had fully heated floors, and the 40-minute sound bath was apparently very comfortable^^*

Looking at the photos, the spacious space looks very comfortable✨

After the sound bath, they received a variety of happy comments from everyone!

"My stomach moved more actively," "I was able to sleep even though I usually can't!" "I could feel my body loosening up."

Among the happy comments coming from all over, the organizers were also surprised by some comments!

A total of 17 Singing Ring resonated.
A total of 17 Singing Ring resonated.

One person said, "The numbness in my legs that had been bothering me after I fell and broke my sacrum is gone!"

Other people who heard this said, "I was also feeling unwell after the accident, but now I feel better."

These people were experiencing the Singing Ring for the first time, and the organizers were surprised.

Others said, "My sinusitis has subsided and I no longer have a cough or runny nose," "The soles of my feet have become soft," "I felt like I was in space," and more.

Midori and Mari noticed that the space became more and more in harmony, and everyone's expressions changed to look happier and happier as they played Singing Ring.

Midori and Mari also seemed to benefit from the acoustic effects of the Singing Ring, and woke up refreshed the next day without feeling tired.

The Singing Ring is amazing after all! 🥣✨

One of participants wrote a blog about this sound bath.

This is also a very nice article, so please check it out here. (in Japanese)

The sound bath event at Honshoji Temple is scheduled to continue in the future, so if you are interested, why not visit next time?

Enjoy a full Singing Ring bath in a comfortable space while looking out at the beautiful garden.

Event information is updated monthly on the "Certified Events Page" on the Singing Ring Association website.

Thank you Midori and Mari for a wonderful event! 🍀

See you in the next blog!
