Feedback on the Singing Ring Basic Course

The course was well thought out, with a preparatory video, a basic course on the day, and a review video. The course was not just lectures, but also involved a lot of hands-on experience, making it a fun and fulfilling time. I knew intuitively right away that it was a good product, but the theory behind it convinced me even more. I realized that I wasn't making the right circular sound, and that I could change the tone, so my daily practice has changed, such as practicing with water. Now that I know the 10 therapies, I've found more ways to use the bell, and I'm spending more time using it.
