The session duration includes the explanation, consultation, treatment, and post-session tea time.

Please submit your booking request by noon on the day before your desired date (or by noon on Friday for weekend appointments. Office hours: weekdays, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Sessions take place in a room at a public facility rather than a salon, using layered yoga mats on tables.

Two sessions may be conducted simultaneously in the same room. Note: Two therapists will be present.
