Cancellation Policy
1) You must attend the entire course in the order of the curriculum. (If you are unable to attend a session, a make-up session system is available. Please inquire.) 2) In case of cancellation due to your own circumstances, the course fee will not be refunded. You can transfer to a different date. (Transfer period: 3 years) 3) After payment of the course fee, the right to attend cannot be transferred to another person. 4) For cancellations or transfers made less than one week before the course date, an administrative fee of 10,000 yen (+ consumption tax) will be charged. (Example: If the first day of the course is July 26th (Wed), an administrative fee will be charged for cancellations made after July 19th (Wed). For weekend courses, please notify us by the Friday of the previous week.) 5) If the minimum number of participants is not met one week before the course date, the course may be canceled or postponed. In that case, you can transfer to a different date or receive a full refund.
