Cancellation Policy
・If you need to cancel or change the date and time of your appointment, please contact us by business hours two days prior to your appointment. (Office hours: Weekdays 10:00-18:00) ・For cancellations made the day before or on the day of your appointment, the following cancellation fees will apply: *Cancellation the day before: ¥3,000 *Cancellation on the day: Full fee ・If you do not show up more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled. ・In the event of a cancellation due to our own reasons, we will reschedule your appointment or provide a full refund.
