Q: I don't know how to open the file (ZIP file) I downloaded.
A. Please check the following depending on your device.

Open the standard iOS Files app and tap the ZIP file you want to decompress. A folder containing the file will be created in the Files app. Tap the folder to open it and check the contents.
- Android -
You can play the audio immediately after downloading. If you close that screen, you can play it by following the steps below: My Files > Downloads > Select Audio.
- Windows -
Perform the download and specify a destination folder. Right-click the downloaded ZIP file and click "Extract" to unzip it. Store the unzipped file in a location you can easily find.
- Mac -
Perform the download and specify a destination folder. Double-click the downloaded ZIP file to unzip it. Store the unzipped file in a location you can easily find.
Q. I can't find the downloaded song.
A. If you don't know where it's saved, please check the following depending on your device. If it's been less than one month since your purchase, you can re-download it using the email instructions sent to you at the time of purchase.
