We deliver fun events and videos every week to help you become healthier and happier.
Membership fees for the Singing Ring® Online Lounge will be used to fund the Singing Ring Association's acoustic research and promotion activities, as well as its community charitable activities.
Your participation will bring us closer to making this a reality.

Q: How is the membership fee refund handled?
A: We will request a refund to the credit card you registered when you joined.
The credit card company will process the refund within 10 days to 1 month.
After you become a member, the administrative office will contact you to inform you that the cashback process is complete.
Q: I only have a smartphone. Can I participate?
A: Yes, if you have a smartphone, you can participate in live events and watch videos.
Q: How do I participate in an online event live?
A: If you select this option on the application form, we will email you the link to participate in the event on the day of the event.
You can join us using the free Zoom or YouTube app.
(Some events are open to the public for a fee.)
Q: What is the viewing period for the video?
A: New content videos can be viewed anytime on the member page.
You can view it as many times as you like, as long as you remain a member.
Q: How will I be notified about the event?
A: We will also inform you in our weekly Friday Lounge News and Saturday Singing Ring Global Newsletter.
Q: How can I access the member page?
A: You will set a password when you register, and you will log in using that password.
Q: What should I do if I forget my login password?
A: You can reset your password when you log in to your member page.
Q: How do I pay my membership fee?
A: Payments will be automatically deducted from your credit card monthly or annually.
Q: What is the payment cycle?
A: Your first payment will be processed on the day you join. From the following month onwards, the payment date will be the 1st of each month.
If you join on a non-business day at the end of the month, your next payment will be processed on the first business day of the following month.
If you choose annual payment, the payment will be processed one year later.
Example: If you join on November 2nd (monthly payment)
Upon joining: ¥14,300 payment (first payment + membership fee)
December 1st (next month): ¥3,300 automatic payment (2nd time)
If you join on November 25th (monthly payment)
Upon joining: ¥14,300 payment (first payment + membership fee)
December 1st (next month): ¥3,300 automatic payment (2nd time)
If you join on November 2nd (annual payment)
Upon joining: ¥44,000 payment (first payment + membership fee)
November 2nd of the following year: ¥33,000 automatically paid (2nd time)
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Please submit your request by the 25th of each month via the 'Withdrawal Form' on your member page.
The association will complete the necessary procedures, and payments will cease from the following month.
Please note that if you cancel after the 25th, your membership will be cancelled for the following month.
In that case, the payment for the following month will be debited, and your membership will be valid until the end of that month.
